Job Title: Full-Cycle Sales Executive Experience Required: 3+ years in B2B sales, business development, tele-sales, or a similar full-cycle sales role. Role Overview We are looking for an experienced and highly driven Full-Cycle Sales Executive to take complete ownership of our client acquisition process. This is not a basic calling or lead-generation role. You will be responsible for the complete sales cycle, from researching potential clients to contacting them, pitching our services, following up, closing deals, and ensuring the client makes the required upfront payment. Key Responsibilities - Research and identify potential clients who are a strong fit for our agency's services. - Build and maintain a high-quality prospect list. - Conduct professional cold calls and outbound sales. - Speak directly with business owners, founders, decision-makers, and senior management. - Understand prospects' business needs and identify opportunities where our services can help. - Present and pitch our services clearly and professionally. - Handle objections and answer client questions. - Schedule and conduct sales calls/meetings when required. - Follow up consistently with interested prospects. - Negotiate within the company's approved pricing and terms. - Convert qualified prospects into paying clients. - Take complete ownership of the sales pipeline from first contact to closing. - Ensure the client's upfront payment is successfully received directly by the company before the project begins. - Maintain accurate records of calls, prospects, follow-ups, proposals, and closed deals. - Work toward monthly sales and revenue targets. - Continuously improve the sales approach based on conversion data and client feedback. Requirements - 3+ years of relevant sales/business development experience. - Proven experience in B2B sales and closing deals independently. - Strong cold-calling and communication skills. - Excellent negotiation and objection-handling abilities. - Comfortable speaking with business owners and decision-makers. - Strong follow-up discipline. - Ability to research prospects and understand their businesses before contacting them. - Target-oriented and comfortable working with measurable sales goals. - Professional English communication is required. - Experience selling agency, digital marketing, software, technology, or other B2B services is a strong advantage. - Must be capable of managing the sales process independently without requiring constant supervision. Performance Expectations The selected candidate will be expected to build a consistent prospecting pipeline and work toward generating high-volume qualified opportunities and closed clients. Performance will be evaluated based on: - Quality of prospects researched - Number of meaningful conversations - Qualified meetings - Proposals sent - Deals closed - Revenue generated - Upfront payments collected Important: We are looking for someone who can actually close business, not someone who only generates lists or makes calls. Compensation Fixed Salary: ₹15,000–₹30,000/month + Performance-Based Commission The exact salary will depend on experience, proven sales ability, and interview performance. The position offers additional earning potential through commissions for successfully closed and paid clients.
