We are looking for a creative and tech-savvy Social Media & IT Executive to manage our digital presence while providing day-to-day IT support for our office operations.
Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated Social Media & IT Executive with experience in digital marketing, graphic designing, website management, and basic IT support. The ideal candidate should be capable of creating engaging content, managing social media platforms, running marketing campaigns, maintaining the company website, and providing first-level IT assistance to employees.
Key ResponsibilitiesDigital Marketing & Social Media
- Manage and maintain the company's social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
- Plan, create, schedule, and publish engaging social media content.
- Respond to customer comments, messages, and inquiries across social media platforms.
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize strategies for better engagement.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.
Website Management
- Update website content, banners, promotions, blogs, and landing pages.
- Coordinate with developers for website improvements and issue resolution.
- Ensure website content remains accurate, user-friendly, and SEO optimized.
Graphic Design & Content Creation
- Design creatives for social media, advertisements, email campaigns, and promotional materials.
- Create engaging visual content using tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Figma.
- Utilize AI-powered tools to improve content creation, design efficiency, and productivity.
SEO & Analytics
- Implement basic SEO strategies to improve website visibility.
- Monitor website traffic and campaign performance using Google Analytics and other reporting tools.
- Generate regular performance reports and provide recommendations for improvement.
IT Support
- Provide first-level IT support to office staff for hardware and software-related issues.
- Troubleshoot basic networking, printer, internet, email, and system-related problems.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other office equipment.
- Coordinate with external vendors for advanced technical support whenever required.
- Maintain IT inventory and ensure systems are functioning efficiently.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of social media marketing and content strategy.
- Knowledge of SEO and Google Analytics.
- Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Figma.
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Canva AI, Gemini, Claude, Midjourney, or similar tools for content creation and productivity.
- Basic knowledge of website management (WordPress or similar CMS preferred).
- Understanding of basic networking, hardware troubleshooting, and system maintenance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Information Technology, Computer Applications, Computer Science, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in Social Media Marketing, Digital Marketing, IT Support, or a similar role.
- Experience in the Travel or Aviation industry will be an added advantage.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Meta Business Suite and social media advertising.
- Knowledge of Google Ads and paid marketing campaigns.
- Basic video editing skills using tools such as Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar software.
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms.
- Creative mindset with excellent attention to detail.
