The Ericsson Wallet Platform is a product which enables our customers to provide mobile financial services. Customers are operators and banks, both of whom have very high expectations on the level of security which this financial solution provides and the way the solution is operated, integrated, and customized.

Are you our new colleague in MFS Operations? We need one more driving person who is passionate at achieving results by teamwork in our rapidly growing business.
The profile we are looking for is a Customer minded colleague, with a strong background in solution delivery, support, and operations.
You will work in all phases of the life cycle including patching, upgrade, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
What you will do
Perform advanced triage and investigation of escalated security incidents from L2 and L3 analysts.- Conduct threat hunting activities using SIEM, EDR, and network security tools.
- Correlate logs from multiple sources (firewalls, IDS/IPS, endpoints, cloud, email gateways).
- Develop fine-tune detection rules and use cases in SIEM platforms.
- Analyze malware behavior and suspicious artifacts.
- Coordinate containment, eradication, and recovery actions during incidents.
- Review risky user behavior (impossible travel, abnormal downloads, privilege escalation).
- Manage access controls, conditional access policies, and MFA enforcement.
- Security configuration reviews and hardening of cloud resources (VMs, storage, databases, Kubernetes, serverless).
- Support Cloud Security Posture Management (CSPM) tools by investigating misconfigurations and policy violations.
- Conduct IAM reviews (RBAC, least privilege enforcement, access recertification).
- Investigate suspicious cloud activities using audit logs (CloudTrail, Activity Logs, etc.).
- Assist in vulnerability management across cloud workloads (scan validation, remediation tracking).
- Able to investigate, debug and reproduce issues, provide fixes and workarounds, and verify changes to ensure continued operability of the software solution.
- Contribute to meeting the SLAs and KPIs as applicable for our customers.
- Handle calls/bridges for ongoing Issues and update all stakeholders on progress/analysis/resolution.
- Be part of our shift roaster to cover operational needs.
Degree in Software Engineering or similar.
Mandate Skillsets required : Kubernetes & Linux along with Cryptography, Vulnerability management, SIEM, Audit, HSM
- Solid Linux handling knowledge in Kubernetes environment.
- Experience in Clous/SAAS Operational Security Management, AWS will be preferred.
- Scripting is good to have (e.g. Shell, Python, Ansible).
- Experience in container technologies e.g. Docker/Kubernetes.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the IT security industry, preferably working in a SOC/NOC environment
- Better understanding of:-
- SSL/TLS
- Vulnerability assessment and Management
- Public Key Infrastructure
- Working knowledge of TCP/IP and networking concepts
- Certificate Management
- Compliances and policy

- Experience in container technologies e.g. Docker/Kubernetes
- Scripting (e.g. Shell, Python, Ansible)
- Security technologies (SIEM, firewalls, IDS/IPS, HIPS, proxies, vulnerability scanners, AV, etc.)
- Digital Forensics/investigations
- Excellent documentation and verbal skills.
- Meritorious is to have demonstrated ability from Mobile Commerce, online banking, or the IT area of the financial sector that have worked in.
- ITIL processes knowledge is a merit.
- Knowing or having background in service operations (problem, event, incident mgmt.) and service transition (change and knowledge mgmt.)
- Excellent active listening skills.
- Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations.
- Problem solving and root cause identification skills.
- Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively with and through others.
