About the Role
We are looking for an experienced HR – Talent Acquisition & Operations professional to join our growing HR team. This role is ideal for someone who brings strong expertise in both IT and Non-IT recruitment, along with hands-on experience in HR Operations and employee lifecycle management.
You will play a key role in driving end-to-end recruitment while supporting core HR operations, partnering with business leaders, and contributing to initiatives that enhance the overall employee experience.

Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition

Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT positions across multiple business functions.

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.

Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, social media, and professional networks.

Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and evaluate candidates based on technical skills and cultural fit.

Coordinate interviews, manage stakeholder communication, and ensure a seamless hiring experience.

Handle offer negotiations, offer rollouts, and onboarding coordination.

Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

Maintain recruitment reports, dashboards, and Applicant Tracking System (ATS) records.
HR Operations
-
Manage onboarding, induction, and employee lifecycle activities.

Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and HRMS updates.

Support employee engagement initiatives, HR events, and internal communication.

Coordinate performance management processes and employee documentation.

Ensure adherence to HR policies, processes, and organizational compliance.

Partner with business leaders on workforce planning and people-related initiatives.

Prepare HR reports, recruitment metrics, and workforce analytics.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of HR experience.

Proven experience in IT and Non-IT recruitment.

Hands-on experience in HR Operations and employee lifecycle management.

Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, HR practices, and employment documentation.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.

Experience working with ATS, HRMS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and major job portals.
