About The Department:

Product Data Services delivers trusted, scalable product data that supports investment decisions, regulatory reporting, client solutions, and digital platforms across the firm. The team brings together data engineers, platform engineers, and product-aligned technologists who collaborate globally with business and technology partners. The environment is fast-paced, cloud-first, and outcome-driven, offering opportunities to work on enterprise-scale data platforms, modern cloud technologies, and high-impact investment management use cases.

How You Will Add Value?

Core Responsibilities:

You will design and build product data platforms using Amazon Web Services, Snowflake, and Python.
You will develop and optimize data pipelines, services, and application programming interfaces.
You will ensure high standards of data quality, reliability, performance, and security.

Strategic & Platform Responsibilities:

You will contribute to cloud architecture and platform modernization initiatives.
You will align technical solutions with business and regulatory outcomes.

Team & Collaboration:

You will collaborate with global teams, product owners, and business stakeholders.
You will mentor junior engineers through reviews, guidance, and best practices.
You will support production incidents and drive continuous platform improvements.

What Will Help You Be Successful In This Role?

Experience:

Seven or more years of software engineering experience in data or platform roles.

Technical Skills:

Strong experience with Amazon Web Services, including containers, serverless, and data services.
Advanced Snowflake skills in data modelling, integration, and performance tuning.
Strong Python skills for data processing, services, and automation.
Experience with cloud-native, data-centric system design.
Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle, Continuous Integration, and DevOps practices.

Soft Skills:

Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
Ownership mindset with end-to-end delivery accountability.

Preferred Experience:

Exposure to investment management, product data, or fund data platforms.
Experience in regulated or financial services environments.
Familiarity with artificial intelligence, machine learning, or analytics-driven data platforms.

Job Level - Individual Contributor

Work Shift Timings - 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM IST
