About Us
Luiish Livings Pvt. Ltd. is a factory-based modular interior company specializing in premium residential interiors, modular kitchens, wardrobes, TV units, bedrooms, living spaces, and complete home furnishing solutions. We are expanding our sales team and looking for experienced professionals who know how to convert premium interior projects.

Only candidates with direct experience in modular interior or residential interior sales will be considered.
Experience Required
- 3–8 years of proven experience in modular interior sales.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving monthly and annual sales targets.
- Experience handling projects valued between ₹5 lakh and ₹50 lakh.
- Strong knowledge of premium residential interior projects.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in any discipline.
- Interior Design qualification is an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and convert premium residential interior leads.
- Conduct customer consultations and site visits.
- Understand customer requirements and propose suitable interior solutions.
- Coordinate with designers to prepare quotations and design presentations.
- Present project proposals and close high-value interior contracts.
- Build long-term customer relationships from enquiry through project handover.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-up schedules.
- Coordinate closely with design, production, and project execution teams.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Strong understanding of modular kitchens, wardrobes, TV units, bedrooms, living room furniture, and complete home interiors.
- Knowledge of plywood, MDF, laminates, acrylic, veneers, quartz, hardware, fittings, and accessories.
- Ability to understand floor plans and interior layouts.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Fluency in Malayalam and English. Hindi is an added advantage.
Preferred Candidate Profile
We are looking for professionals who:
- Have consistently achieved or exceeded sales targets.
- Can independently handle customer meetings and project negotiations.
- Are passionate about premium interior solutions.
- Hold a valid two-wheeler driving licence and are willing to travel for customer visits.
- Can join immediately or within 30 days.
