instructors specializing in Karate, Taekwondo, Kickboxing, Muay Thai, and
Self Defense training in Hyderabad to join our elite combat sports team on
an exciting PERCENTAGE / COMMISSION-BASED MODULE. The more students you train,
the more you earn — with NO income ceiling!
This is NOT a fixed-salary position. This is a performance-driven,
entrepreneurial opportunity designed for ambitious martial arts professionals
who want to build their career, reputation, and income simultaneously while
empowering students with discipline, confidence, and self-defense skills.

ABOUT THE PERCENTAGE MODULE — HOW IT WORKS:
- You receive 40%–60% of revenue generated from every student you train
- Student acquisition support provided (leads, marketing, referrals)
- You set your training schedule and manage your student roster

WHAT YOU'LL DO — KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct martial arts training sessions (individual and group classes)
- Teach traditional and modern martial arts techniques across disciplines:
* Karate (Shotokan, Goju-Ryu, Kyokushin, Wado-Ryu, etc.)
* Taekwondo (WTF, ITF styles)
* Kickboxing (K1, Full Contact, Semi-Contact)
* Muay Thai (Traditional Thai Boxing)
* Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) fundamentals
* Self Defense for men, women, and children
* Krav Maga (if certified)
* Boxing fundamentals
* Combat fitness and conditioning
- Design progressive training programs from white belt to black belt
- Conduct belt testing and grading ceremonies
- Teach forms (katas/poomsae), sparring, breaking techniques
- Focus on discipline, respect, character development, and mental toughness
- Provide specialized self-defense training for women and corporate groups
- Conduct fitness conditioning specific to combat sports
- Prepare students for local, state, and national tournaments
- Ensure safety protocols and proper use of protective equipment
- Train students across age groups (kids 5+, teenagers, adults, seniors)
- Conduct sessions at dojos, gyms, residential complexes, schools,
corporate offices, parks, and outdoor training facilities
- Organize workshops, seminars, boot camps, and special events
- Maintain attendance records and track student progression
- Motivate students and build a strong martial arts community
- Stay updated with latest techniques, safety standards, and certifications
- Collaborate with Fit Mechanism team for student enrollment and retention

CERTIFICATION & QUALIFICATIONS (Non-Negotiable):
Must hold a nationally/internationally recognized martial arts
instructor certification or belt rank from any of the following:
KARATE CERTIFICATIONS:
- Black Belt (minimum 1st Dan/Degree) from recognized federation
- Japan Karate Association (JKA)
- World Karate Federation (WKF)
- International Shotokan Karate Federation (ISKF)
- Goju-Ryu Karate-Do Federation
- Kyokushin Karate Organization
- Karate Association of India (KAI)
- State/National Karate Federation affiliation
- Certified Karate Instructor (CKI)
TAEKWONDO CERTIFICATIONS:
- Black Belt (minimum 1st Dan/Poom) from recognized federation
- World Taekwondo Federation (WTF/WT)
- International Taekwon-Do Federation (ITF)
- Kukkiwon (World Taekwondo Headquarters) certification
- Taekwondo Federation of India (TFI)
- State/National Taekwondo Federation affiliation

- Professional Kickboxing Instructor Certification

GENERAL COMBAT SPORTS:
- Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) Coaching Certification

- B.P.Ed / M.P.Ed with martial arts specialization
- Sports Authority of India (SAI) recognized coaching certification
- OR equivalent reputed martial arts governing body
EXPERIENCE (Required):
- Minimum 2–5 years of martial arts instruction experience
- Proven track record of student belt progressions and achievements
- Experience teaching diverse age groups (kids, teens, adults)
- Tournament participation or coaching experience (preferred)
- Portfolio of student competition results or testimonials (preferred)
- Experience conducting self-defense workshops (preferred)
SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES:
- Expert knowledge of martial arts techniques, philosophy, and history
- Proficiency in teaching forms, sparring, and practical self-defense
- Strong understanding of combat sports conditioning and injury prevention
- Excellent communication and motivational skills (English + Telugu/Hindi)
- Disciplined, respectful, and professional demeanor
- Ability to inspire confidence and mental toughness in students
- Patient with beginners, challenging for advanced students
- Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset
- Ability to market yourself and build a student base
- Tech-savvy — comfortable with online promotion and student management
- First Aid & CPR certification (mandatory)
- Background check clearance (required for working with children)
- Strong ethical standards and code of conduct
- Physically fit to demonstrate techniques and conduct training
- Punctuality and reliability for scheduled classes
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- High fitness level and martial arts proficiency
- Ability to demonstrate techniques with speed, power, and precision
- Comfortable conducting physical training for 4-6 hours daily
- Capable of demonstrating pad work, sparring, and drills
