You Will

Design, develop, and deploy machine learning and AI solutions to solve complex business problems.
Build and implement end-to-end machine learning models, from data preparation and feature engineering to deployment.
Develop LLM-based applications, including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, chatbots, and intelligent assistants.
Build and integrate REST APIs and FastAPI services for model deployment and application integration.
Develop and maintain data pipelines for data ingestion, preprocessing, transformation, and validation.
Collaborate with business stakeholders and Agile Scrum teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable AI solutions.
Support the implementation of agent-based workflows and integrate AI solutions with enterprise systems.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of ML and LLM models while ensuring data quality and system reliability.
Document models, APIs, workflows, and technical implementations for knowledge sharing and maintenance.
Stay current with emerging trends in Machine Learning, Generative AI, LLMs, and Responsible AI practices.

Responsibilities

Leverage machine learning, statistical modeling, and data analysis techniques to deliver scalable business solutions.
Perform exploratory data analysis, data cleansing, validation, and quality checks to ensure reliable model outcomes.
Develop predictive models using regression, clustering, classification, ensemble methods, and other machine learning algorithms.
Build and integrate AI applications using LLMs, embeddings, vector databases, and retrieval-based architectures.
Assist in developing agent-based AI workflows using frameworks such as LangChain or Semantic Kernel.
Support NLP and Generative AI use cases, including prompt engineering and document retrieval pipelines.
Implement monitoring and observability practices for deployed ML and LLM applications.
Identify opportunities to automate business processes using AI, Machine Learning, and data-driven insights.
Conduct experiments, validate hypotheses, and continuously improve model performance.
Ensure adherence to Responsible AI principles, including fairness, explainability, governance, and compliance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, Machine Learning, REST API development, and FastAPI.
Experience building end-to-end machine learning solutions, including data preprocessing, feature engineering, model development, and deployment.
Strong understanding of statistical modeling techniques such as Regression, Logistic Regression, Clustering, Decision Trees, Random Forests, KNN, and Ensemble Methods.
Basic hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) such as GPT, BERT, or similar architectures.
Understanding of prompt engineering, embeddings, vector databases, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) concepts.
Familiarity with LangChain, Semantic Kernel, Model Context Protocol (MCP), or similar AI agent frameworks is preferred.
Knowledge of NLP, deep learning, transformers, and fine-tuning techniques is an added advantage.
Experience with data visualization, dashboards, and data mining concepts.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work effectively in Agile environments.
