We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Web Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 0-2 years of experience in web design, strong knowledge of tools like Figma, Photoshop, Canva, etc., and excellent communication skills.

Role Description:

As a Web Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for crafting engaging and effective web page designs that enhance user experience and drive conversions. You will also design social media posts for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, etc. You will work closely with developers, marketers, and other stakeholders to ensure the visual and functional integrity of our design assets.

Responsibilities:

Design and develop responsive and visually appealing websites.
Create user-friendly interfaces and intuitive navigation structures.
Create visually appealing designs for social media posts.
Work collaboratively with developers to ensure seamless website functionality.
Optimize website designs for speed, performance, and SEO.
Maintain brand consistency across all digital platforms.
Stay updated with the latest web design trends, tools, and best practices.
Develop landing pages that align with marketing strategies and drive conversions.
Ensure high-quality design and attention to detail in all projects.
Work with cross-functional teams to improve user engagement and experience.

Qualifications & Skills:

Experience: 0-2 years in web design.
Education: A bachelor’s degree in design. Candidates with design courses from institutes like Arena, MAAC can also apply.
Design Tools: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects), Canva, and Figma.
Ability to conceptualize and execute designs based on briefs, ensuring brand consistency
Experience designing for digital platforms (social media, websites, ads, emails, app screenshots, etc.)
Detail-Oriented: Ability to create pixel-perfect, brand-aligned designs.
Trend Awareness: Up-to-date with modern design trends and digital marketing requirements.
Communication Skills: Ability to present and explain design concepts effectively.
Team Player: Comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
