Key Responsibilities
- Oversees account-specific administration activities such as job posting, interview
scheduling, help desk support, applicant tracking system updates, and pre-employment
screening or reference checks initiation or verification
- Managing various ad-hoc administration activities to support the effective running of the
recruitment process
- Collaborating on or completing daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports accurately as
required within the set deadlines
Building and maintaining strong working relationships between all parties including
recruiters, hiring managers, vendors (e.g., PEs vendor), and other account stakeholders
- Ensuring stakeholders are continually appraised and updated on the relevant processes
- Management of day-to-day queries relating to their area of responsibility, ensuring all are
dealt with in an effective and timely manner and escalated where necessary
- Participating in continuous improvement implementation within the immediate team
- Fully utilizes technology and other rollouts and changes implemented to the team
Skills:
- Basic knowledge of recruitment coordination and onboarding activities.
- Experience using ATS (Workday, iCIMS, Taleo, Greenhouse, etc.) and MS Office.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail.
- Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Ability to schedule interviews, maintain recruitment records, and support hiring activities.
Requirements:
- 1+ year of experience in recruitment administration, HR operations, or talent acquisition support.
- Experience coordinating interviews, maintaining ATS records, and preparing recruitment documentation.
- Good time management and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
