Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly, well-presented, and organized Receptionist to manage our front desk operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for welcoming visitors, answering phone calls, handling administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth day-to-day reception activities.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome visitors, clients, and guests in a professional and courteous manner.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
Maintain the reception area in a clean, organized, and presentable condition.
Maintain visitor records and issue visitor passes.
Coordinate meeting room bookings and appointments.
Assist the HR and Administration team with daily office activities.
Maintain office registers and records accurately.
Ensure all front office activities are carried out efficiently.

Required Skills

Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Kanada.
Pleasant personality with a professional attitude.
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Punctual, responsible, and well-groomed.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualification: 10th Pass.
12th Pass, Diploma, or Graduate candidates are preferred.
0–2 years of experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Executive, or in a similar role.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
