Role Overview
This role sits within the EMEA Data Management team and focuses on ensuring high-quality data processes and operational excellence. The key objective is to maintain reliable data flows, integrate new sources, and optimize production processes to support accurate and timely deliverables across the business. Success requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a mindset for continuous improvement.
Job Responsibilities
- Ensure high-quality standards in data entry and database production processes.
- Analyze and integrate new data sources, coordinating all related workflows for seamless execution.
- Define interfaces and adapt data converters to optimize data handling.
- Assess and validate the quality of raw data provided by external partners.
- Implement process improvements and standardize workflows to enhance efficiency.
- Develop detailed specifications for process and production flows.
- Optimize testing methods and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Monitor processes and quality to ensure alignment with operational benchmarks.
Requirements
Essential Qualifications & Skills
- University degree in a quantitative field (Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Business Analytics or similar).
- Up to 3 years of experience in Data Management, Data Operations, Data Analysis or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to work accurately with large datasets.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and data analysis techniques.
- Strong interest in data, technology, and process optimization.
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with EPOS data.
- Knowledge of SQL, Python, or other programming languages.
- Exposure to database systems and data integration projects.
- Experience supporting process automation or operational improvement initiatives.
