Job Summary :
The Project Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating project activities, tracking construction progress, supporting project scheduling, and ensuring timely delivery of project milestones. The role requires close coordination with internal teams, clients, consultants, and project management to facilitate smooth execution of construction projects.
Key Responsibilities :
Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely completion of assigned deliverables. Assist in preparing and updating project schedules using Microsoft Project (MSP). Track project schedules and monitor construction progress against planned activities. Prepare and submit project progress reports to the Project Manager and Project Director. Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams to obtain required information and project deliverables. Monitor construction activities, including Civil and MEP works, to ensure effective project coordination. Track manpower, materials, and other project requirements to support uninterrupted project execution. Follow up with stakeholders on pending actions and ensure timely closure of project activities. Maintain project documentation, progress trackers, meeting minutes (MOM), and action logs. Escalate delays, coordination issues, and project risks to the Project Manager. Support project review meetings by providing updated schedules, reports, and status summaries.
Required Skills :
Good understanding of construction activities, including MEP works. Working knowledge of Microsoft Project (MSP). Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office. Excellent coordination, communication, and follow-up skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Team player with a proactive approach to project coordination.
Qualification :
Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering
