The Full Stack Developer would be a key player in TAG’s growth story, leading the vision from the front with the following roles:

Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications across both front-end and back-end technologies
Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code in line with best development practices and standards
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver high-quality, user-centric solutions
Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and overall performance to ensure a seamless user experience
Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing systems to improve functionality and reliability
Ensure adherence to security standards, data protection protocols, and code quality guidelines
Coordinate with the SEO Executive to implement website optimization strategies, including technical SEO requirements, performance improvements, and search engine best practices
Stay updated with emerging technologies and proactively contribute to improving development processes

The ideal candidate should have:

1+ years of hands-on experience in full stack development with exposure to both front end and back-end technologies
Strong proficiency in front-end development, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks such as React or Angular
Experience working with back-end technologies such as Node.js, Python, Java, or similar frameworks
Good understanding of databases (SQL/NoSQL) and experience with API development and integrations
Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and standard deployment workflows
Openness to learning and ability to adapt based on feedback
Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science or a related field

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
