Full job description

This role requires at least 4 years of proven professional writing experience to independently lead content initiatives from concept to execution. You will create high-converting, authoritative copy that builds brand credibility, drives organic traffic, and engages audiences across multiple digital channels.

Key ResponsibilitiesContent Creation & Strategy:

Execute campaigns: Write high-impact long-form copy (blogs, whitepapers, case studies) and short-form assets (emails, social copy, ad variants).
Own brand voice: Maintain, evolve, and enforce consistent brand guidelines across all company touchpoints.
Map content journeys: Align content assets with specific buyer personas and stages of the marketing funnel.

SEO & Digital Optimization:

Drive organic growth: Conduct keyword research and implement on-page SEO best practices to boost search engine rankings.
Refresh historical content: Audit and optimize existing web pages to maintain traffic, accuracy, and relevance.

Collaboration & Analytics:

Cross-functional alignment: Partner with design, product, and sales teams to translate complex technical concepts into clear, user-friendly copy.
Track performance: Monitor content metrics (traffic, engagement, conversions) using analytics tools to refine ongoing strategy.
Review work: Provide constructive editorial feedback and proofreading for junior team members or freelance contributors.

Job Requirements Experience & Education:

Proven track record: Minimum of 4 years of professional writing experience within an agency, corporate marketing department, or media house.
Academic background: Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related discipline.

Technical Skills:

SEO proficiency: Deep understanding of search engine optimization principles and tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz).

Platform knowledge: Hands-on experience working with Content Management Systems (CMS) like WordPress.
Analytics familiarity: Ability to read basic performance dashboards (e.g., Google Analytics) to inform writing decisions.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
