About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and organized Process Coordinator to support daily operational activities and ensure smooth workflow execution across departments. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills, along with the ability to manage documentation and reporting effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Maintain daily reports, project updates, and operational records.
Follow up with teams regarding pending tasks and project deliverables.
Manage and organize documentation, records, and process-related information.
Support management in administrative and operational activities.
Monitor workflow progress and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
Assist in improving operational efficiency through effective coordination.
Ensure compliance with company processes and reporting requirements.

Required Skills

Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong coordination and follow-up abilities.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Good organizational and reporting skills.
Strong problem-solving and time-management abilities.
Basic computer proficiency and documentation skills.
