What you will do.

This role emphasises industrial engineering, production optimisation, and process improvement to achieve high-volume output while maintaining product quality and minimising costs. Keeping focus on streamlining operations, enhancing production techniques, and ensuring the scalability of new styles and continuous efficiency improvement for repeat orders.

Key Responsibilities:

Developing production tools, moulds, jigs, etc., and ensuring smooth workflow.
Evaluate and select/develop appropriate machinery, tools, and equipment to enhance production efficiency
Ensure pilot runs to validate processes before full-scale production. Identify potential production challenges early and develop solutions to enable seamless bulk manufacturing.
Evaluate and introduce advanced machinery and production tools to enhance production speed and precision
Standardize production processes for repeatability and consistency across production cells/batches. Stay updated on the latest manufacturing technologies and incorporate relevant innovations into production.

What we are looking for.

We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled Industrial Engineer or Production Optimization Specialist with 5+ years of relevant experience in a manufacturing or accessories production setup. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in developing tools, moulds, and jigs, and a strong understanding of machinery selection and process improvements.
