Full job description

We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled Technical Support & Automation Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to employees, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and automating repetitive business processes using tools such as Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and Python. The candidate should possess strong problem-solving skills and a passion for improving operational efficiency through automation.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.

* Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and system-related issues.

* Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software.

* Manage user accounts, passwords, and system access.

* Develop and maintain automation solutions using Excel, Google Sheets, and Python.

* Create reports, dashboards, and automated workflows to improve business efficiency.

* Monitor and maintain company IT systems and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

* Coordinate with different departments to understand process requirements and implement automation solutions.

* Maintain proper documentation of IT assets, support tickets, and automation projects.

* Ensure data security, backups, and compliance with company IT policies.

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

* 1+ years of experience in Technical Support, IT Support, or Process Automation.

* Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office.

* Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Advanced), Google Sheets, and formulas.

* Basic to intermediate knowledge of Python for automation.

* Familiarity with networking concepts and hardware troubleshooting.

* Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

* Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Preferred Skills

* Experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools.

* Knowledge of Google Workspace Administration.

* Experience with automation tools such as Power Automate, Apps Script, or similar platforms.

* Understanding of SQL or database fundamentals is an added advantage.
