Job Description : Store Supervisor

Position: Store Supervisor
Location: [Hisar]
Experience: Minimum 1 Year
Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree (Any Discipline)

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily store operations including receiving, storing, and issuing materials.
Maintain accurate records of inward and outward material movement.
Prepare and verify GRN (Goods Receipt Note) for incoming materials.
Ensure proper implementation of inventory management methods such as FIFO (First In First Out) and LIFO (Last In First Out).
Monitor stock levels and ensure timely availability of materials.
Maintain stock registers, bin cards, and inventory reports accurately.
Coordinate with procurement, production, and dispatch departments for smooth material flow.
Conduct regular stock verification and reconciliation to avoid discrepancies.
Ensure proper storage, cleanliness, and safety standards within the store area.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports using MS Excel.

Required Skills:

Good knowledge of FIFO, LIFO, and GRN processes.
Proficiency in MS Excel for inventory reporting and record management.
Basic understanding of inventory and store management practices.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.

Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum 1 year of experience in store or warehouse operations.
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline is mandatory.
Knowledge of Excel and inventory management systems is required.

Other Requirements:

Responsible and disciplined work approach.
Ability to work in a team environment.
Willingness to handle operational and physical store activities if required.

Note: Preference will be given to candidates with experience in FMCG or manufacturing industry store operations.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
