Job Title: Senior UI/UX DesignerJob Summary

We are looking for an experienced and creative Senior UI/UX Designer to lead the design of user-friendly, visually engaging, and conversion-focused digital experiences.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in user-centred design, responsive web design, interaction design, design systems, and usability principles. You will work closely with clients, developers, project managers, marketing teams, and junior designers to create high-quality websites, landing pages, mobile applications, dashboards, and digital products.

Key Responsibilities

Lead UI/UX design projects from research and concept development to final implementation.
Understand client requirements, business objectives, user needs, and project goals.
Create user journeys, user flows, information architecture, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
Design responsive websites, mobile applications, dashboards, landing pages, and digital platforms.
Conduct user research, competitor analysis, usability testing, and design audits.
Develop and maintain design systems, UI components, style guides, and reusable design libraries.
Ensure consistency in typography, colour, spacing, layout, icons, imagery, and brand guidelines.
Present design concepts, prototypes, and strategic recommendations to clients and internal teams.
Collaborate closely with developers to ensure accurate and high-quality design implementation.
Review developed websites and applications to identify UI, responsiveness, and usability issues.
Mentor and guide junior UI/UX designers while providing constructive feedback.
Manage multiple design projects, priorities, deadlines, and client revisions.
Improve designs based on user feedback, analytics, performance data, and usability findings.
Create conversion-focused landing pages that support marketing and lead-generation campaigns.
Stay updated with emerging UI/UX trends, tools, accessibility standards, and design technologies.

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of UI/UX design principles and user-centred design methodologies.
Advanced proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar design tools.
Strong experience in wireframing, prototyping, interaction design, and responsive design.
Excellent understanding of typography, colour theory, visual hierarchy, grids, spacing, and layout.
Experience creating and managing design systems and component libraries.
Ability to translate complex business requirements into simple and effective user experiences.
Strong understanding of website usability, accessibility, and mobile-first design.
Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end development workflows.
Strong communication, presentation, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle client meetings, design presentations, and feedback discussions.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work within deadlines.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in UI/UX Design, Visual Communication, Graphic Design, Multimedia, Computer Science, or a related field.
4–7 years of professional experience in UI/UX design, product design, or web design.
A strong portfolio showcasing websites, mobile applications, dashboards, landing pages, design systems, wireframes, and prototypes.

Preferred Skills

Experience working in a digital marketing agency, advertising agency, product company, or web development company.
Experience designing e-commerce websites, corporate websites, SaaS platforms, and mobile applications.
Familiarity with Webflow, Framer, WordPress, Elementor, or similar platforms.
Knowledge of animations, micro-interactions, and tools such as Lottie or After Effects.
Understanding of conversion rate optimisation and performance-focused design.
Experience with usability testing and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Hotjar, or Microsoft Clarity.
Knowledge of WCAG accessibility standards.
Experience leading a design team or mentoring junior designers.
