Compensation
- Base Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month (Based on experience)
- Incentives: Performance-based incentives on top of base pay
- With the volume of leads in this role, incentives are tied to real earning potential.
About the Role
- This is not a cold-calling role.
- You will be speaking with warm leads who have already shown interest in accelerating their careers through Agile and Scrum Master mentorship programs. These professionals are looking for better salary opportunities, career growth, and long-term job security.
- Your role is to understand each prospect's current situation, uncover their motivations, answer their concerns, and confidently guide them toward enrolling in NewMe's mentorship and career transformation programs.
- If you enjoy consultative selling and believe sales is about solving problems rather than pushing products, you'll thrive in this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct discovery and enrollment calls with qualified prospects.
- Understand each prospect's current role, career aspirations, and transition goals.
- Present NewMe's mentorship programs in a personalized and consultative manner.
- Handle objections related to pricing, career transitions, and program outcomes.
- Maintain consistent follow-ups with interested prospects.
- Keep CRM records accurate and up to date.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Collaborate with the internal team to improve conversion rates and customer experience.
- Participate in sales coaching sessions and continuous learning initiatives.
Must-Have Qualifications
Required Experience
- 2–4 years of experience in Business Development, Inside Sales, or High-Ticket Consultative Sales.
- Prior experience selling coaching, education, certification, consulting, or career transformation programs is highly preferred.
Core Sales Skills
- High-ticket consultative selling.
- Discovery call structuring.
- Objection handling and negotiation.
- Lead qualification and closing psychology.
- CRM discipline and pipeline management.
- Revenue forecasting and target orientation.
Communication
- Excellent spoken and written English is mandatory.
- Fluency in Tamil is mandatory, with the ability to confidently engage working professionals and conduct consultative sales conversations.
- Working or manageable proficiency in Hindi is required for basic conversations and coordination.
- Premium, polished communication skills with the ability to build trust, handle objections, and close high-ticket deals.
Tools
- Experience using CRM platforms.
- Comfortable conducting sales conversations via Zoom or Google Meet.
