To develop new franchise and business partners in all metro cities, tier 2 and tier 3 cities in India
Lead all aspects of Franchise Development Strategy & Recruitment process, Territory creation, existing franchisee transfers and renewals
Understand Franchise interest , evaluate and respond to potential franchisee inquiries
Attending Expos ensuring company branding & assessing Regional Potential and strategies action
Identifying and sourcing prospective new franchise, pipeline maintenance and adherence to sales processes
Providing training and information on the business policies and procedures and to develop new franchisees for the business
Initial Level - Support Franchise level Revenue growth
