Roles & Responsibilities

Digital Marketing & Brand Management

Own and manage the complete digital presence across websites, social media platforms, and digital marketing channels.
Plan and execute integrated digital marketing campaigns aligned with business and sales objectives.
Develop creative strategies to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, website traffic, and lead generation.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistent brand communication across all digital platforms.

Social Media Management

Manage and grow Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other relevant social media platforms.
Create monthly content calendars and publish engaging posts, reels, stories, videos, and promotional campaigns.
Develop creative content ideas and storytelling concepts that enhance brand identity.
Monitor audience engagement, respond to customer interactions, and identify new growth opportunities.
Track social media performance and optimize content based on analytics and insights.

Website & WordPress Management

Manage and update WordPress websites, including product listings, landing pages, banners, blogs, and promotional content.
Ensure websites remain user-friendly, mobile-responsive, accurate, and optimized for lead generation.
Coordinate with developers for website enhancements and performance improvements.

Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

Execute On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO activities to improve website rankings and organic traffic.
Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, backlink building, business directory submissions, citation building, and Local SEO.
Monitor website indexing, crawlability, Core Web Vitals, and overall website health using Google Search Console.
Continuously improve website visibility and search engine performance.

Performance Marketing

Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
Manage Google Merchant Center product feeds and ensure compliance with Google policies.
Optimize campaign performance to maximize ROI, conversions, and qualified lead generation.
Monitor advertising budgets and prepare campaign performance reports.

Analytics & Performance Monitoring

Analyze website and campaign performance using Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, and other marketing tools.
Track website traffic, user behaviour, keyword rankings, conversions, and campaign effectiveness.
Prepare Weekly and Monthly MIS reports with actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.

Content Marketing & Lead Generation

Create SEO-friendly blogs, website content, product descriptions, social media captions, and marketing copy.
Support long-form and short-form video content planning.
Publish business updates and articles on LinkedIn and other professional platforms.
Generate quality business leads through websites, social media campaigns, and digital marketing initiatives.
Manage and optimize Google Business Profile to strengthen local search visibility.

Team Coordination

Coordinate daily with Graphic Designers, Video Editors, Content Creators, Website Developers, and Management for timely campaign execution.
Review creative assets before publishing to ensure brand consistency and quality standards.
Manage marketing task planning, campaign timelines, and execution schedules.

AI & Digital Innovation

Utilize AI tools such as ChatGPT, Canva AI, Gemini, Claude, and similar platforms for content creation, campaign planning, and marketing productivity.
Stay updated with emerging digital marketing trends, AI technologies, and industry best practices to continuously improve marketing performance.

Preferred Candidate Profile

3–6 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing, or Performance Marketing.
Experience in the Automotive, E-commerce, D2C, Retail, or Consumer Products industry will be preferred.
Strong understanding of branding, SEO, website management, and digital advertising.
Excellent communication, analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills.
Self-driven professional with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Passion for automobiles and digital innovation will be an added advantage.
