Full job description

The Email Marketing Specialist will be responsible for planning, creating, and executing email campaigns that drive engagement, conversions, and customer retention. This role requires a mix of creativity, analytical thinking, and technical expertise in email marketing platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Strategy: Develop and implement email marketing calendars aligned with product launches, promotions, and customer lifecycle stages.
Content Creation: Write compelling subject lines, body copy, and CTAs; collaborate with designers for engaging visuals.
Audience Segmentation: Build and manage segmented subscriber lists based on demographics, behavior, and engagement.
A/B Testing: Execute tests on subject lines, send times, and content formats to optimize performance.
Analytics & Reporting: Track KPIs such as open rates, CTR, conversions, and revenue impact; provide actionable insights.
Compliance: Ensure campaigns follow GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and other email marketing regulations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Proficiency in email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
Strong copywriting and editing skills with attention to detail.
Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email template customization.
Analytical mindset with experience using tools like Google Analytics.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Preferred Skills

Certifications in email marketing tools (HubSpot, Klaviyo, etc.).
Experience with AI-driven personalization and automation workflows.
Familiarity with CRM systems and cross-channel marketing.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
