Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your engineering expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside a collaborative and innovative team of professionals.
You'll play a key role in ensuring optimal fleet performance and reliability, contributing to the efficiency and safety of our operations. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Operations, Project Organization, Industrial, Sourcing, EHS, Quality), provide technical support for troubleshooting and reliability improvements, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of analyzing fleet performance and implementing improvement opportunities, but also support the development of innovative solutions to enhance maintenance processes.
We’ll look to you for:
Providing technical support for efficient troubleshooting and reliability improvements.
Proposing and implementing innovative solutions in maintenance projects.
Analyzing technical performance and maintenance processes to promote action plans for improvement.
Conducting failure criticality studies and optimizing maintenance requirements using methodologies like RCM (Reliability Centered Maintenance).
Creating analytics reports using tools such as Tableau and supporting the improvement of diagnostic tools like HealthHub.
Managing and developing the Fleet Support team to achieve project QCD targets.

Engineering degree or diploma (Electrical, Mechanical, or related fields).
Experience or understanding of maintenance and troubleshooting in rolling stock or a related field, with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
Knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools such as MS Office and Tableau.
Familiarity with reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) methodologies and maintenance optimization processes.
A strong understanding of safety management systems and quality tools.
Effective interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in English (mandatory).
Innovative mindset and a proactive approach to challenges.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
