Full job description

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Technical Support Intern to join our team. This internship is ideal for fresh graduates who are passionate about technology, problem-solving, and customer interaction. You will receive hands-on training on our SaaS product and work closely with the support and product teams to provide excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Provide first-level technical support to customers via phone, email, and remote sessions.
Understand customer issues, troubleshoot basic technical problems, and provide timely resolutions.
Escalate complex issues to the technical team while ensuring proper follow-up.
Assist customers with product usage, configuration, and navigation.
Log, track, and update support tickets accurately.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure prompt issue resolution.
Learn the company's SaaS product and become a product specialist.
Document common issues and contribute to the knowledge base.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through professional communication.

Required Skills

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (2025/2026 graduates are welcome).
Basic knowledge of computers, networking, and operating systems.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Willingness to learn new technologies and SaaS products.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
