Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices.
Provide onsite and remote technical support to end users.
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.
Install and configure Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications.
Configure email clients such as Outlook and troubleshoot email-related issues.
Install and maintain antivirus software and perform regular system updates.
Set up and troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, internet connectivity, and shared printers.
Join systems to Active Directory and manage user accounts and permissions.
Perform data backup, system maintenance, and preventive health checks.
Escalate complex technical issues to senior engineers when required.
Maintain service reports, asset records, and support documentation.
Ensure timely resolution of support tickets while maintaining excellent customer service
nowledge of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office.
Basic networking (TCP/IP, LAN, Wi-Fi, DNS, DHCP).
Hardware troubleshooting and replacement.
Outlook and printer configuration.
Remote support tools (AnyDesk, TeamViewer, Remote Desktop).
Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
