Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Java Technical Manager with 10+ years of expertise in Java technologies and Payments. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in designing and delivering enterprise payment solutions, leading engineering teams, and driving technical excellence. The role involves managing end-to-end software delivery, collaborating with business stakeholders, and ensuring the successful implementation of secure, scalable, and high-performance payment applications.
Key Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise payment applications.
Provide technical leadership for Java-based applications using Spring Boot and Microservices.
Manage and mentor development teams, ensuring adherence to engineering best practices.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and product teams to define technical solutions.
Oversee application architecture, code quality, performance, and security.
Drive project planning, estimation, resource allocation, and delivery management.
Ensure seamless integration with payment gateways and banking systems.
Manage production support, issue resolution, and continuous application improvements.
Drive Agile delivery, CI/CD adoption, and DevOps best practices.
Ensure compliance with organizational standards, security policies, and payment industry regulations.
