Role : Team Lead – Outbound Sales
Location: Bangalore, India
Shift: Rotational (Primarily UK/AU Shift – 10:30 AM IST to 7:30 PM IST)
Working Days: Monday to Friday

About the Role:

We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Team Lead – Outbound Sales to lead, coach, and inspire a team of Sales Executives while actively contributing to sales performance. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys mentoring a team, driving sales excellence, and delivering an exceptional customer experience in a fast-paced international environment.

As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for achieving team targets, coaching team members, ensuring smooth shift operations, and supporting seller onboarding for global English-speaking markets including the UK, US, Canada, and Australia.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead and manage a team of Outbound Sales Executives during assigned shifts.
Monitor team performance against KPIs including outbound calls, meetings booked, activations, revenue, and quality metrics.
Conduct regular team huddles, provide motivation, and resolve day-to-day challenges.
Coach team members through call reviews, live feedback, and performance improvement plans.
Support sales meetings and guide executives in objection handling and consultative selling.
Ensure consistent use of approved sales scripts, pricing, and messaging.
Oversee outbound calling, seller activation, onboarding, and scheduling activities.
Manage Calendly bookings, diary management, and shift coverage.
Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure data quality within Zendesk.
Monitor adherence to sales processes, call cadence, and compliance standards.
Conduct onboarding calls, answer seller queries, and promote platform packages such as Starter Packs and Elite Pro.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and provide regular shift updates and performance insights.

Required Skills & Experience:

Minimum 1 year of experience managing a sales team.
Proven success in achieving sales targets and driving team performance.
Strong coaching, mentoring, and leadership skills.
Excellent verbal and written English communication.
Strong objection-handling and consultative selling abilities.
Experience using CRM or ticketing platforms (Zendesk preferred).
Familiarity with Calendly or similar scheduling tools.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Willingness to work rotational shifts aligned with UK/AU business hours.
