Full job description

NIRMANKAR is looking for a proactive and highly communicative Lead Coordinator who will be responsible for cold calling, lead qualification, preparing and sharing quotations, and handling technical discussions with clients. The role requires strong coordination between sales, technical, and operations teams while maintaining excellent customer relationships

Key Responsibilities Lead Generation & Cold Calling

Make outbound cold calls to potential customers, contractors, fabricators, and resellers
Introduce NIRMANKAR’s products and services confidently
Identify customer requirements and qualify leads
Generate and maintain a healthy sales pipeline

Quotation & Sales Support

Prepare accurate quotations based on technical specifications and pricing guidelines
Follow up on shared quotations to close orders
Coordinate with internal teams for pricing approvals and delivery timelines
Maintain quotation records and revision history

Client Handling & Technical Coordination

Understand client technical requirements related to industrial fittings, pipelines, or fire fighting systems
Coordinate with technical and production teams to clarify specifications
Communicate product suitability, standards, and applications clearly to clients
Resolve customer queries professionally and promptly

Communication & Coordination

Act as the primary point of contact for assigned leads and clients
Ensure timely follow-ups through calls, emails, and WhatsApp
Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers
Coordinate between sales, accounts, logistics, and production teams

Reporting & CRM Management

Maintain accurate lead and customer data in CRM or Excel
Track lead status, call outcomes, quotations, and conversions
Prepare daily and monthly sales coordination reports

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Engineering, Business, or related field
1–4 years of experience in lead coordination, inside sales, or industrial sales support
Strong cold calling and negotiation skills
Good technical understanding of industrial / engineering products
Superb verbal and written communication skills (English, Hindi; regional language preferred)
Ability to explain technical products in simple terms
Proficiency in MS Excel, email communication, and CRM systems
Highly organized, confident, and result-oriented

Preferred Skills

Experience in pipeline fittings, fire fighting systems, or industrial products
B2B sales coordination background
Ability to handle pressure and multiple clients simultaneously
Professional phone etiquette and customer-first mindset

Number of cold calls made daily
Qualified leads generated
Quotation-to-order conversion ratio
Follow-up efficiency
Client satisfaction and repeat inquiries
Accuracy of technical and pricing communication

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per year
