Position – Client Support Executive Primary Responsibilities: Act as a liaison between sellers and shipment executives. Manage and resolve conflicts with upset clients by providing satisfactory solutions. Follow up with shipping services to ensure timely deliveries. Maintain and organize client data. Develop effective communication channels between sellers and courier services. Monitor and assess client satisfaction levels. Handle client requests and troubleshoot problems effectively. Requirements: Graduate in any field with 0–1-year experience Experience in customer service or similar roles preferred. Strong coordination and time management skills. Ability to innovate solutions and manage irritate customers. Fluent in English communication. Proficiency in MS Excel Eagerness to learn new techniques to enhance client success. Capable of working well under pressure. Handle incoming queries via calls,e-mails and chats.

Pay: Up to ₹29,822.53 per month
