Personal Secretary to Director

Location: Noida

Salary: ₹70,000 – ₹80,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience)

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and trustworthy Personal Secretary to provide administrative and executive support to the Director. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and the capability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining complete confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage the Director’s calendar, meetings, appointments, and travel schedules.

* Screen calls, emails, and correspondence, ensuring timely responses.

* Draft professional emails, letters, presentations, and reports.

* Coordinate internal and external meetings, prepare agendas, and record minutes.

* Follow up with internal teams, clients, and vendors on pending actions.

* Maintain confidential documents, files, and records.

* Organize business travel, accommodation, and itineraries.

* Handle expense reports and basic administrative documentation.

* Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely execution of tasks.

* Prioritize and manage multiple assignments with minimal supervision.

* Act as the primary point of contact on behalf of the Director when required.

Preferred Qualifications

* Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

* 2–5 years of experience as a Personal Secretary, Executive Assistant, or similar role.

* Excellent verbal and written English communication.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

* Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.

* High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.

* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
