Full job description

Position Title: Supply Chain Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Supply Chain Executive to support end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, production planning, vendor coordination, logistics, inventory management, and import-export documentation, order management. The ideal candidate should have strong coordination skills, good analytical ability, and proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel to ensure smooth execution of supply chain activities.

Key Responsibilities

Demand Forecasting & Production Planning

Assist in demand forecasting by compiling historical sales data and business requirements.
Support production planning to ensure timely product availability.
Coordinate with production, procurement, and sales teams for smooth execution of production plans.

Procurement & Vendor Coordination

Prepare and process purchase orders as per business requirements.
Coordinate with vendors for order confirmations, production status, and delivery schedules.
Obtain quotations and support price comparisons and vendor evaluations.
Maintain supplier records and procurement documentation.

Order Execution

Manage purchase orders from creation through delivery.
Track order status and follow up with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries.
Resolve issues related to delayed shipments, shortages, and quality concerns in coordination with internal teams.

Logistics Coordination

Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with transporters, freight forwarders, and warehouse teams.
Monitor shipment schedules and ensure timely dispatch and delivery.
Maintain logistics records and assist in optimizing transportation costs.

Inventory Management

Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment.
Assist in maintaining optimum inventory to prevent stock shortages or excess inventory.
Support stock reconciliation and inventory accuracy.

Import & Export Documentation

Prepare and maintain import-export documentation.
Coordinate with customs agents, CHA, freight forwarders, and logistics partners for timely shipment clearance.
Ensure all shipping and trade documents are complete and accurately maintained.

Reporting & MIS

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports related to procurement, inventory, logistics, and order status.
Update ERP systems with accurate procurement, inventory, and shipment data.
Generate reports and provide data support for operational reviews.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Commerce, Business Administration, Operations, or a related field.
A Diploma or Certification in Supply Chain, Procurement, or Logistics will be an added advantage.

Experience

4–10 years of experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics, Inventory Management, Order Management or related functions.
Proficiency in Advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Basic Dashboards, Data Analysis).
Experience working with ERP Software such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, Infor, or equivalent.

Preferred Industry Experience

Apparel, Garments, Textile, Fashion, Retail, or Manufacturing Industry.
Top of Form

Shift Time:- 6:30pm to 3:30am

Monday to Friday- Work from Office, Saturday - Work From Home for pending work

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
