Position: SEO Executive

SpiderWorks Technologies is a leading digital marketing and web development company with over two decades of experience in delivering innovative digital solutions. We are looking for a passionate and experienced SEO Executive to join our team and drive organic growth for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and website traffic.
Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
Perform on-page SEO activities, including content optimization, meta tags, internal linking, and URL optimization.
Execute off-page SEO strategies, including ethical link-building and outreach campaigns.
Conduct regular website audits to identify and resolve technical SEO issues.
Collaborate with content writers, designers, developers and the performance marketing team to ensure SEO best practices are followed.
Monitor website performance using SEO tools and prepare detailed performance reports.
Track keyword rankings, traffic, conversions and other SEO KPIs.
Stay updated with the latest search engine algorithms, SEO trends and industry best practices.
Suggest and implement strategies to improve website usability, crawlability and user experience.

Required Skills

3+ years of hands-on experience in Search Engine Optimization.
Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
Proficiency in Google Search Console, Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager (basic knowledge), Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and Google Keyword Planner.
Experience with keyword research, competitor analysis, and SEO reporting.
Good understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and website architecture from an SEO perspective.
Familiarity with WordPress or other CMS platforms.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines independently in a remote work environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
Google Analytics or Google Ads certification is an added advantage.
Experience working with international SEO projects is preferred.
