Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to manage the marketing of ABB’s offerings to targeted market segments and manage the offerings throughout their lifecycle, in line with market needs and division/product group/business line strategy and targets. Each day, you will be accountable for the long-term profitable growth of an offer. You will also showcase your expertise by supporting business results by overseeing each step involved in the offer lifecycle including development, launch, go-to-market, maintenance, pricing, and profitability.

This role is contributing to the Electrification business in Smart Power division at Nashik, India.
You will be mainly accountable for:
Leading the market intelligence analysis and identifying potential gaps in the portfolio, with respect to the competition and new market opportunities.
Owning technical and market specification for the offer and determining an offering business plan that supports sustainable growth while leading customer need and value analysis, planning the roadmap to create maximum value, and following-up on portfolio performance.
Leading the offer lifecycle management process, analyzing current offers, defining, and tracking performance metrics, and making decisions on offer obsolescence and end-of life to ensure that current and future market requirements are met to maximize their profitability.
Setting targets, monitoring offering costs and giving inputs to operations functions (e.g., Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Production) to maximize competitiveness and profitability.

Qualifications for the role
15+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Marketing, or Business Development in Low Voltage Switchgear industry.
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering (Should be full time)
Hands-on experience in New Product Development (NPD) and Product Lifecycle Management.
Proven expertise in product positioning, pricing strategy, and profitability analysis.
Experience in product forecasting, inventory planning, and demand management.
Strong understanding of LV systems is must (MCC / PCC / PDP / ACB / MCB / MCCB/ RCCB/ Panels / Breakers)
Experience working with R&D and engineering teams during product development.
Exposure to sales enablement, technical support, and customer engagement
You are at ease communicating in English, with excellent verbal, written, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
