Job Title: Inside Sales Executive.

About the Role We are seeking a motivated, customer-centric InsideSales Executive to join our growing remote sales team. In this role, you will serve as a primary contact for residential, commercial, and industrial property owners, educating them on the financial and environmental advantages of shifting to rooftop solar solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Outbound Calling: Make outbound calls to targeted prospects to introduce solar products and spark interest.
Customer Education: Walk potential clients through electricity bill savings, ongoing government subsidies, and typical solar payback periods.
Lead Qualification: Assess prospective clients by understanding their energy consumption metrics, available roof space, and custom requirements.
Appointment Scheduling: Book site surveys and digital consultations for field engineering staff and business development managers.
Lead Tracking: Proactively follow up with warm leads and document interactions using MS Excel, Google Sheets, or internal CRM systems.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Experience: Prior experience in tele-calling, inside sales, or outbound customer support is highly valued. Backgrounds in solar, real estate, insurance, or banking/loans are a major plus.
Freshers: Goal-oriented entry-level candidates with excellent phone etiquette, high persuasion skills, and a desire to learn quickly are welcome to apply.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal articulation skills and active listening capabilities in Telugu.
Attributes: Resilient mindset with the ability to confidently navigate customer objections.

Eligibility Criteria

Education: 10+2 (Intermediate), Diploma, or Graduate degree in any field.
Language: Complete fluency in Telugu is mandatory.
Infrastructure: A stable internet connection and a reliable laptop or desktop setup for everyday remote operations.
