Job Summary
The Marketing Executive is responsible for promoting the hospital's healthcare services, increasing patient footfall, building strong relationships with referring doctors, corporate clients, TPAs, insurance companies, government organizations, and community stakeholders. The role focuses on business development, brand visibility, patient engagement, and achieving revenue growth while ensuring compliance with hospital policies and NABH standards.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase OPD and IPD patient volumes.
- Identify and approach new corporate clients, industries, educational institutions, and government organizations for healthcare partnerships.
- Generate leads for health check-up packages, annual health contracts, and corporate tie-ups.
- Achieve monthly and annual business development targets.
- Explore new business opportunities to expand hospital services.
Doctor & Referral Relationship Management
- Build and maintain relationships with local clinics, nursing homes, and referring doctors.
- Conduct regular visits to healthcare professionals to promote hospital specialties.
- Strengthen referral networks to increase patient inflow.
- Address concerns of referring doctors promptly and professionally.
Corporate & Institutional Marketing
- Coordinate corporate health check-up camps.
- Organize awareness programs, seminars, and wellness initiatives.
- Promote occupational health services to industries.
- Maintain relationships with corporate HR departments and decision-makers.
Community Outreach
- Organize free medical camps, blood donation camps, health talks, and awareness drives.
- Coordinate community engagement activities in schools, colleges, RWAs, NGOs, and local organizations.
- Represent the hospital at public events and healthcare exhibitions.
Digital & Promotional Activities
- Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate with the digital marketing team for social media promotions.
- Support website content updates and online branding initiatives.
- Distribute promotional materials, brochures, and service information.
Patient Relationship Management
- Assist patients in understanding hospital services.
- Collect patient feedback regarding services.
- Resolve patient concerns by coordinating with relevant departments.
- Promote patient satisfaction and long-term engagement.
Coordination
- Coordinate with consultants and departmental heads for specialty promotions.
- Work closely with the Front Office, Billing, Nursing, and Operations teams.
- Support promotional events organized by various hospital departments.
Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly marketing activity reports.
- Maintain records of:
- Doctor visits
- Corporate visits
- Camps conducted
- Leads generated
- Tie-ups established
- Patient referrals
- Analyze marketing performance and submit reports to management.
- Maintain a database of corporate clients and referral sources.
Administrative Responsibilities
- Maintain confidentiality of hospital business information.
- Ensure proper utilization of marketing materials and resources.
- Participate in departmental meetings and training sessions.
- Perform additional duties assigned by management.
Experience
- 1–3 years: Marketing Executive
- Experience in healthcare, hospitals, diagnostics, or pharmaceutical marketing is preferred.
- Experience in a multi-speciality hospital will be an added advantage.

Additional Responsibilities as Maintenance Officer
Facility Maintenance
- Ensure proper maintenance and smooth functioning of all hospital infrastructure, including buildings, patient care areas, OPDs, IPDs, OTs, ICUs, administrative offices, and common areas.
- Conduct routine inspections of hospital facilities and identify maintenance requirements.
- Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities to minimize equipment and facility downtime.
- Monitor housekeeping-related maintenance issues and ensure timely resolution.
Equipment & Utility Management
- Coordinate with the Biomedical Engineering Department for maintenance of medical equipment.
- Supervise maintenance of electrical systems, DG sets, HVAC, plumbing, water supply, sewage systems, elevators, fire safety systems, and medical gas pipeline systems.
- Ensure uninterrupted availability of utilities such as electricity, water, oxygen, and air conditioning.
- Maintain records of Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs) and Comprehensive Maintenance Contracts (CMCs).
Vendor & Contractor Management
- Coordinate with external contractors and service providers for repair and maintenance work.
- Verify completion of maintenance work before processing bills.
- Monitor vendor performance and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
Preventive Maintenance
- Prepare and implement preventive maintenance schedules for hospital facilities and utilities.
- Ensure maintenance activities are completed within the scheduled timelines.
- Maintain maintenance logs and service records.
Safety & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with NABH standards related to Facility Management & Safety (FMS).
- Conduct periodic inspections of fire safety equipment and emergency systems.
- Coordinate mock drills and emergency preparedness activities.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements related to electrical, fire, and building safety.
Asset Management
- Maintain records of hospital assets, furniture, fixtures, and maintenance history.
- Report damaged or obsolete assets to management.
- Assist in procurement of maintenance materials and spare parts.
Coordination
- Coordinate with all departments to address maintenance requests promptly.
- Respond immediately to emergency maintenance issues affecting patient care.
- Work closely with Administration, Housekeeping, Biomedical, Security, and Engineering teams.
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain daily maintenance reports and complaint registers.
- Track pending maintenance requests and ensure timely closure.
- Prepare monthly maintenance reports and submit them to management.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
