As an SMB SDR, you'll own the first conversation with prospective customers across North America creating opportunities that fuel one of Sprinto's fastest-growing sales segments. You'll partner closely with Account Executives, combining thoughtful research, strong communication, cold-calling confidence, and AI-powered workflows to consistently create high-quality pipeline.

Where you'll leave your mark?

Create the conversations that fuel growth - Build consistent, high-quality pipeline through cold calls, thoughtful outreach, and personalised prospecting that earns the attention of the right buyers.
Build outbound systems, not just sequences - Experiment with AI, automation, enrichment, and workflow tools to create smarter, faster, and more effective outbound motions. The systems you build will improve not just your performance, but how Sprinto approaches outbound as a whole.
Become a trusted partner to your Account Executives - Work closely with your AEs to understand territories, prioritise accounts, and create opportunities that move through the sales funnel with quality—not just quantity.
Master modern outbound selling - Learn how to combine research, commercial instinct, and great conversations with AI-native workflows to create a repeatable prospecting engine.
Improve every week - Measure, experiment, refine, and continuously improve how you work. At Sprinto, we're as interested in the systems you build as the results they produce.

The kind of builder we're looking for -

You've spent the last 2–5 years in SDR, BDR, sales, or customer-facing roles and are looking for an opportunity to build modern outbound skills in a fast-growing SaaS company.
You have experience selling to senior technical personas, particularly CTOs, VPs of Engineering, and other technology decision-makers. You understand how to tailor conversations to their priorities and communicate value in a way that is relevant to both technical and business outcomes.
You're an exceptional communicator. Whether it's a cold call, an email, or a LinkedIn message, you know how to capture attention and start meaningful conversations.
The phone doesn't intimidate you. You enjoy live conversations, think well on your feet, and know that trust is built through genuine curiosity—not scripts.
You're fascinated by AI and automation. You've already experimented with tools like ChatGPT, Clay, Apollo, Zapier, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, or similar platforms to improve the way you work.
You naturally think in systems. Instead of asking, "How can I send more emails?" you're asking, "How can I build a better outbound engine?"
You're commercially curious. You enjoy understanding customers, researching accounts, and learning what makes different buyers respond.
You thrive on feedback, experimentation, and continuous improvement because you know the best outbound motions are never finished—they're constantly evolving.
You're excited to work closely with Account Executives, contribute to meaningful pipeline, and build the skills that open doors to future sales opportunities.
This is a fully remote role based in India. We are currently prioritizing candidates based in Bengaluru, Chennai, Mumbai, or Delhi NCR/Gurugram, where Sprinto has stronger access to the B2B SaaS and technology-sales ecosystem.
You must have a stable, professional remote-working setup, including reliable internet connectivity, power backup, and an environment suitable for frequent customer calls and video meetings.
This role follows a fixed regional schedule:

North America Region: 5:00 p.m. to 2:00 a.m. IST
