Full job description

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Associate to expand our market presence and generate business opportunities. The ideal candidate should have experience in the aluminium window and façade industry or a similar building materials industry and possess strong interpersonal and relationship management skills.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities with architects, builders, contractors, developers, consultants, and homeowners.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Conduct regular site visits and client meetings to understand project requirements.
Promote the company's aluminium window and door systems, products, and solutions.
Prepare quotations and coordinate with the technical and estimation teams during the sales process.
Follow up on leads, negotiate commercial terms, and support order closures.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Represent the company at exhibitions, networking events, and product demonstrations when required.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and submit periodic reports to the management.
Work closely with the operations and project execution teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in the aluminium window systems industry or a similar building materials industry (such as uPVC windows, façades, glass, hardware, modular interiors, construction materials, or related sectors).
Proven experience in B2B sales and business development will be an advantage.

Skills Required

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong relationship-building and networking abilities.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM tools is preferred.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Travel Requirements

Must be willing to travel locally for client meetings, site visits, and business development activities.
Valid two-wheeler or four-wheeler driving licence is preferred.
