Full job description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive Telecaller - BDE to drive lead generation, customer outreach, and business development through inbound and outbound calling. You will play a key role in expanding our student enrollments and partnerships by engaging prospects, qualifying leads, and closing sales opportunities in the education sector.

Gender : Females Only

Key Responsibilities:

Make inbound and outbound calls to prospective parents, schools, and partners.
Generate, qualify, and follow up on leads to drive enrollments and business opportunities.
Promote Birla Open Minds' programs and services to prospective customers.
Handle customer queries, objections, and provide relevant information.
Convert qualified leads into enrollments, appointments, or meetings.
Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records in CRM.
Follow up with prospects through calls, emails, and messages.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.
Coordinate with the sales team on campaigns, events, and lead-conversion activities.

Eligibility Criteria:

1–3 years of experience in Telecalling, Telesales, BDE, Inside Sales, Education, Real Estate, or BPO.
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
Strong persuasion, follow-up, and objection-handling skills.
Target-oriented with a strong focus on sales and conversions.
Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.
Graduation or equivalent qualification preferred.
Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude may also be considered.
