Job Title: Assistant Manager – Marketing
Department: Sales and Marketing

Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic Assistant Manager – Marketing to join Roter Precision Instruments Pvt. Ltd. to drive marketing initiatives and strengthen brand presence for our drone, laser scanning, and GPR solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in market research, digital marketing, content development, and competitor analysis, with the ability to understand technical products and effectively communicate their applications across various industries, particularly the Indian Defence Sector.

Role & Responsibilities:

· Developing Marketing strategies: Develop and execute marketing plans aligned with the company’s overall business goals. Conduct market research to identify trends, target audiences, and competitive factors.

· Market Study & Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis of drones and associated products, with a specific focus on the Indian Defence Sector, including market trends, competition, customer requirements, and emerging opportunities.

· Advertising & Digital Campaigns: Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital, social media, print, and other relevant channels. Create and optimize content for social media, blogs, newsletters, and other digital platforms.

· Content & Website Management: Create engaging and informative content for the Roter website and social media channels. Assist in maintaining and updating website content and marketing collateral.

· Marketing Performance: Monitor and analyze marketing campaign, website, and content performance. Prepare reports and provide insights to improve marketing effectiveness.

· Competitor & Industry Tracking: Monitor competitor activities, industry developments, and emerging trends to identify potential marketing and business opportunities.

· Events & Exhibitions: Plan and execute participation in defence exhibitions, trade shows, conferences, and industry events.

· Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with Sales, Business Development, Product, and Technical teams to develop marketing initiatives and support business objectives.

Qualifications & Experience:

· Minimum 4-5 years of experience in Marketing, B2B Marketing, Product Marketing, Defence, Aerospace, Technology, or a related domain.

· Graduation or post-graduation degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

· Excellent communication, presentation, content creation, and interpersonal skills.

· Strong market research and analytical skills.

· Proficiency in CRM, digital marketing, social media, AI and marketing analytics tools.

· Ability to travel as required for client meetings, trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events.

· Strategic and analytical thinking with the ability to identify market opportunities.

· Strong understanding of market research, competitor analysis, and industry trends.

· Ability to understand technical products and translate complex features into clear customer benefits.
