Job Summary

· Job Title: Executive/Sr. Executive/Asst. Manager – Human Resource

· Location(s): Govindpura, Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh | Sector 19, Udyog Vihar, Gurugram, Haryana

· Work Hours: 10:00 AM to 07:00 PM

Role:

We are in search of an experienced & detail-oriented HR professionals to ensure seamless HR & Admin operations, and drive HR initiatives in a dynamic & growing business environment.

Key Responsibilities:

· Human Resource/People Operations

· Partner and work closely with Leadership team, HR team and department heads to provide overall HR support to HR functions.

· Manage employee relations throughout the organization by developing, reviewing, and putting into practice ER/HR policies, ensuring adherence to HR processes, compliance, etc.

· Manage employee welfare initiatives, conflicts at the workplace, grievances, and disciplinary issues.

· Adoption of new business automation systems to increase productivity, such as ATS, Helpdesk (ticketing system), HRMS/HCM, Timesheet and Project Management tools etc.

· Lead process ownership of complete employee life cycle from Hire to Retire/ Termination

· Ensure efficient new hire onboarding, documentation, and compliance with regulatory requirements.

· Implement performance management system org-wide, track productivity and performance against KPIs, implement improvement measures as necessary.

· Support implementation of People & Culture initiatives, policies, and processes as the organization scales

· Initiate and drive employee engagement programs to strengthen workplace culture and retention.

· Payroll, Benefits & related Compliance

· Lead end-to-end payroll operations, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with Indian labor laws.

· Manage statutory and voluntary employee benefits to enhance employee well-being and engagement.

· Ensure adherence to Income Tax, PF, ESIC, Gratuity, PT, and other regulatory requirements.

Required Qualifications, Skills & Competencies

· An MBA in HR & Personnel Management with 3+ years of experience

· Strong exposure to:

a. People/HR Operations, Culture building and Administration

b. Hiring & Talent Acquisition

c. HR & Admin Policy/SOP development and implementation

· Excellent communication, and problem-solving skills,

· Ability to manage teams and external stakeholders.

· Risk & compliance expertise

· High integrity and governance focus

· Based in or willing to relocate to Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh.
