Sr. Executive – HR & Admin

Location: Pimple Nilakh,Pune, Maharashtra – Head Office
Industry: Solar EPC / Renewable Energy
Department: HR & Administration

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Sr. Executive – HR & Admin to manage day-to-day HR operations and administration at our Pune Head Office.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in HR Operations, Recruitment, Payroll Coordination, Statutory Compliance, Employee Engagement, HR MIS, and Office Administration. Experience in Solar EPC, Renewable Energy, Engineering, Infrastructure, Construction, or Power sectors will be preferred.

Key ResponsibilitiesHR Operations

Manage complete employee lifecycle activities including joining, onboarding, confirmation, transfer, promotion, resignation and exit formalities.
Maintain employee master data, personnel files, HRMS and HR documentation.
Prepare appointment, confirmation, increment, transfer, experience and relieving letters.
Manage attendance, leave and employee records.

Recruitment

Handle end-to-end recruitment for Head Office and project/site requirements.
Coordinate with department heads for manpower requirements.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references.
Screen CVs, conduct initial discussions and coordinate interviews.
Track open positions and ensure timely closure of vacancies.

Payroll & Compliance

Coordinate monthly payroll inputs with Finance/Payroll team.
Verify attendance, leave, deductions and employee changes.
Handle employee queries related to salary, attendance, leave and statutory benefits.
Coordinate PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, Labour Welfare Fund, Gratuity, Bonus and other applicable statutory compliances.
Maintain statutory records and support audits/inspections.

Employee Engagement & Relations

Handle employee queries and grievances professionally.
Coordinate employee engagement, welfare and HR initiatives.
Support performance appraisal, training and development activities.
Conduct exit interviews and maintain attrition records.

HR MIS & Reporting

Prepare monthly HR MIS and management reports.
Maintain reports for headcount, recruitment, joining, exits, attrition, attendance, leave and manpower.
Maintain recruitment trackers and HR dashboards.
Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of HR data.

Administration

Manage day-to-day Head Office administration.
Coordinate housekeeping, security, pantry, maintenance, courier and office support services.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers.
Manage office stationery, assets, facilities and administrative records.
Support travel, accommodation and logistics arrangements for employees/project teams when required.

Solar EPC / Project HR Coordination

Coordinate with project/site teams for manpower requirements and deployment.
Support onboarding and mobilization of project employees.
Coordinate employee transfers, site joining and demobilization.
Maintain manpower reports for ongoing solar projects.
Provide HR and administrative support to project teams as required.

Candidate Profile

Qualification: Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM/MSW/MPM in HR will be an advantage.

Experience: 4–5 years of relevant experience in HR & Administration.

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of HR Operations and Recruitment.
Good understanding of payroll and statutory compliance.
Knowledge of PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, Gratuity, Bonus and applicable labour laws.
Good command of MS Excel, Word and HRMS.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good documentation, coordination and follow-up skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
High level of confidentiality and professionalism.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
