Samyog Design Studio LLP specialized in design consultancy services for architecture, interior design, structural engineering, design management, and project management.

Responsibilities:

1. Conceptual Design: Lead and contribute to the development of creative and innovative design concepts that align with client requirements, project goals, and industry standards.

2. Project Management: Oversee the design process from conception to completion, follow the templates prepare DBR ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, material proposals and quality standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate design elements seamlessly.

3. Team interaction: Act as a primary point of contact for all stages of the design phase, effectively communicating design ideas, addressing concerns, and incorporating client feedback into the project with the internal team members.

4. Team Collaboration: Work closely with in the internal teams of architects, designers, engineers, and consultants to integrate various project elements into cohesive and well-coordinated designs.

5. Technical Expertise: Demonstrate a strong understanding of architectural principles, local bye laws, building codes, and construction methods. Provide technical guidance to the project team and ensure designs are executable within real-world constraints.

6. Innovation and Trends: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and sustainable practices. Integrate the latest advancements into design concepts to ensure the firm remains at the forefront of architectural innovation.

7. Quality Assurance: Conduct regular design reviews to ensure the highest standards of quality, functionality, and aesthetics are maintained throughout the project lifecycle.

8. Documentation: Prepare and review detailed architectural drawings, specifications, and other documentation necessary for the execution of the design.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.

2. 5-7 years of professional experience in architectural design, with a focus on [mention specific areas, e.g., commercial, residential, institutional].

3. Proficiency in industry-standard design software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, etc).

4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts effectively.

5. Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex projects.
