Job Overview

We are looking for a Junior Manager – Sales with 2–3 years of experience, preferably in Real Estate Sales. The candidate will be responsible for lead management, customer meetings, site visits, follow-ups, negotiations, and sales closures.

The candidate should be target-oriented, confident, customer-focused, and comfortable using AI tools to improve sales productivity and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead & Customer Handling

Handle leads received through digital marketing, property portals, walk-ins, referrals, and Channel Partners.
Understand customer requirements, budget, and property preferences.
Contact leads and maintain regular follow-ups.
Provide project, pricing, and payment-related information accurately.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

2. Site Visits & Sales

Schedule and conduct customer site visits.
Explain project features, amenities, pricing, payment plans, and USPs.
Handle customer questions and objections professionally.
Follow up after site visits.
Work towards converting enquiries and site visits into bookings.
Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.

3. CRM & Reporting

Update customer details, follow-ups, site visits, and sales status in the CRM.
Maintain an updated sales pipeline.
Ensure timely follow-up on all active leads.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports.
Analyse basic sales data to identify pending and high-potential leads.

4. AI & Digital Sales Implementation

Have basic to intermediate/advanced-level practical knowledge of AI tools relevant to sales.
Use AI tools to improve lead management, customer communication, follow-ups, presentations, reporting, and sales productivity.
Use AI for preparing customer communication, follow-up messages, call summaries, presentations, and basic sales analysis.
Explore and implement suitable AI tools to reduce repetitive work and improve efficiency.
Stay updated with new AI tools and identify practical applications in Real Estate Sales.
Demonstrate a willingness to continuously learn and implement AI in day-to-day sales activities.

5. Sales Closure & Coordination

Support negotiations and booking closures.
Coordinate with the Sales Manager / Sales Head for approvals.
Coordinate with CRM, Accounts, Marketing, Legal, and other teams for smooth booking and documentation.
Assist customers with booking-related requirements and payment follow-ups.

6. Channel Partner Management

Coordinate with Channel Partners and brokers for leads and site visits.
Maintain professional relationships with Channel Partners.
Follow up on Channel Partner leads and support closures.
Meets Channels Partners at their Office for Lead Generations and Team Briefing

7. Market & Competitor Feedback

Keep track of competitor projects, pricing, offers, and market trends.
Share customer and market feedback with the reporting manager.
Participate in sales meetings and performance reviews.

Qualification & Experience

Graduate in any discipline.
2–3 years of experience in Sales.
Real Estate Sales experience will be preferred.
Experience in Residential / Commercial Real Estate will be an advantage.
Experience in lead handling, site visits, follow-ups, negotiations, and closures preferred.
AI Learning & Implementation: Candidate should have at least basic-to-one-level-advanced practical exposure to AI tools and demonstrate the ability to apply them in sales activities.

Pay: ₹41,666.00 - ₹62,500.00 per month
