Full job description

Job Title: Business Analyst

Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to join our team. The Business Analyst will be responsible for evaluating business needs, identifying opportunities for process optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements Gathering and Analysis:

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
Analyze business processes, workflows, and systems to identify areas for improvement.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

Utilize data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI) to gather insights and trends.
Prepare and present reports to support decision-making and strategic planning.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommend actionable insights.

Documentation and Training:

Create and maintain detailed documentation of processes, requirements, and solutions.
Experienced in Requirement Gathering, knowledge of SDLC, Waterfall & Agile-scrum methodologies.
Knowledge of preparing Project Scope Document, Proof of Concept, Minutes of Meeting, Knowledge of GAP Analysis, Change Management Process, RACI Matrix.
Excellent Technical writing skills to create Business Requirement Document (BRD), Functional Requirement Document (FRD), User Stories, User Manual, Test Case Document, Product Backlog, Sprint Backlog.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, Economics, or a related field.
Experience: 0-2 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
Skills:
Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Lucidchart, Process Flow Diagrams (PFD), FRD, BRD. Workflows).
Strong understanding of business processes, workflows, and systems.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical-thinking skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to convey complex information to diverse audiences.

Additional Requirements:

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Willingness to adapt to changing business needs and priorities.
Knowledge of industry-specific software or platforms is preferred (e.g., SAP, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics).

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
