We empower businesses with innovative technology solutions through a strong network of channel partners across India. We are looking for a dynamic Zonal Sales Manager to lead and expand our business across the East Zone.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Zonal Sales Manager to drive revenue growth, strengthen our channel partner network, and lead the regional sales team across East India. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Channel Sales, Team Management, and the Tally Partner/Channel Ecosystem, with a proven ability to build and manage high-performing sales teams.

Key Responsibilities

Drive sales growth and achieve regional revenue targets across the East Zone.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with business objectives.
Build, manage, and expand a strong network of Channel Partners, Tally Partners, Distributors, Resellers, and System Integrators.
Leverage existing relationships within the Tally Channel Ecosystem to generate new business opportunities.
Recruit, lead, mentor, and motivate the regional sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
Monitor team performance through regular reviews, coaching, and performance management.
Identify and onboard new channel partners while strengthening existing partner relationships.
Work closely with partners to increase product adoption and revenue generation.
Drive enterprise and SMB sales for Cloud, SaaS, Cybersecurity, Tally, and IT Infrastructure solutions.
Collaborate with Marketing, Pre-Sales, and Product teams for demand generation and partner enablement.
Prepare accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and CRM updates.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
Ensure timely collections and maintain strong customer and partner relationships.
Travel extensively across the East Zone to manage business operations and partner engagement.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).
8–12 years of experience in Channel Sales, IT Sales, or Enterprise Sales.
Strong experience in managing Channel Sales and leading regional sales teams.
Hands-on experience working within the Tally Channel Ecosystem is mandatory.
Proven experience in team handling, coaching, and performance management.
Experience in selling Tally Solutions, Cloud, SaaS, Cybersecurity, IT Infrastructure, ERP, or Business Software.
Strong understanding of partner-led sales and channel business models.
Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Excellent leadership, negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
Willingness to travel extensively across the East Zone.

Preferred Experience

Strong network among Tally Partners, Channel Partners, IT Resellers, and System Integrators.
Experience managing business across West Bengal, Odisha, Bihar, Jharkhand, Assam, and the North-East region.
Prior experience with a technology distributor, Tally Partner, or IT solutions company will be an added advantage.
