Full job description

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced UX UI Designer Technical Solutions to drive user centered design initiatives for enterprise digital transformation programs
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience designing intuitive scalable and visually engaging enterprise applications while working closely with business stakeholders product teams and development teams
Experience in industrial engineering or technical domains is highly preferred

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end to end UX UI design activities across complex enterprise applications and digital transformation initiatives
Conduct user research through interviews surveys workshops usability testing and stakeholder discussions
Translate business requirements and user needs into user flows wireframes prototypes and high fidelity designs
Develop intuitive user friendly experiences for enterprise platforms such as ERP Engineering Solutions DMS and other digital products
Facilitate design thinking workshops and collaborate with cross functional teams to define innovative solutions
Create and maintain design systems style guides and UI standards to ensure consistency across applications
Work closely with product managers business analysts architects and development teams throughout the product lifecycle
Validate design concepts through usability testing and continuously improve user experiences based on feedback and analytics
Support agile delivery teams by providing design expertise during sprint planning development testing and release cycles

Technical Requirements:

8 years of experience in UX UI Design Software Program Management or Digital Product Design
Strong portfolio demonstrating successful delivery of enterprise application designs
Expertise in Figma Sketch Miro and other UX UI design and prototyping tools
Strong understanding of User Experience UX principles User Interface Design Interaction Design and Information Architecture
Hands on experience conducting user research usability testing interviews surveys and journey mapping
Strong knowledge of Design Thinking methodologies and user centered design practices
Experience working in Agile and Scrum based delivery environments
Ability to communicate design concepts effectively to technical and non technical stakeholders

Additional Responsibilities:

Bachelor s or Master s degree in Human Computer Interaction HCI Design Computer Science Information Technology Psychology or a related field
Relevant UX UI certifications are preferred

Preferred Skills:

Domain->User Experience Design->UX Engineering,Technology->UI & Markup Language->UI & Markup Language - ALL
