Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat (On-site) Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Role

We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Architect to lead end-to-end design projects, bridging the gap between visionary architecture and functional interior spaces. In this role, you will drive the conceptualization, spatial planning, and execution of residential and commercial projects. The ideal candidate blends traditional architectural expertise with a strong command of modern 3D visualization and generative design technologies.

Key Responsibilities

Concept & Design Development: Lead the creation of innovative architectural and spatial designs from initial concept through to final schematic design.
3D Visualization & Modeling: Produce high-quality, photorealistic renders and 3D models to effectively communicate design concepts to clients and stakeholders.
Technology Integration: Leverage modern design software and generative AI tools to accelerate the conceptualization phase and explore diverse architectural iterations.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work seamlessly with interior designers, structural engineers, and project managers to ensure design feasibility and seamless transition from architecture to interior outfitting.
Project Execution: Oversee site visits, resolve technical design hurdles during construction, and ensure the final build strictly adheres to design specifications and quality standards.
Client Management: Present design proposals to clients, iterating based on feedback while managing expectations around timelines, budgets, and material capabilities.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch / M.Arch).
Experience: 1-3 years of proven experience in architectural design, preferably with a portfolio showcasing both exterior architecture and integrated interior spaces.
Technical Proficiency:
Expertise in SketchUp and V-Ray for modeling and rendering.
Strong command of AutoCAD and Revit.
Bonus: Experience using generative AI visualization tools to assist in rapid prototyping and concept generation.
Core Skills: Deep understanding of building codes, structural systems, and material specifications.
Soft Skills: Strong leadership capabilities, excellent client-facing communication, and the ability to manage multiple project timelines simultaneously.
