Full job description

We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Executive to manage day-to-day human resource activities, support recruitment, maintain employee records, coordinate onboarding, and help build a positive and productive workplace culture.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, good organisational abilities, and the confidence to work with employees and management at all levels.

Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & HiringManage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to joining.
Prepare and post job descriptions on relevant hiring platforms.
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews.
Coordinate interviews with department heads and management.
Maintain a pipeline of suitable candidates for current and future requirements.
Handle offer letters, appointment letters, and joining formalities.
Employee ManagementManage employee onboarding and induction programs.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
Handle attendance, leave, and employee-related queries.
Coordinate employee confirmations, transfers, promotions, and exits.
Conduct exit interviews and maintain appropriate exit documentation.
HR OperationsMaintain employee databases and personnel files.
Prepare HR reports related to attendance, recruitment, employee turnover, and staffing.
Coordinate payroll inputs with the accounts/finance team.
Ensure timely completion of HR documentation and compliance requirements.
Develop and maintain HR policies, processes, and SOPs.
Employee EngagementPromote a positive and professional work environment.
Organize employee engagement activities and internal events.
Address employee concerns and facilitate effective communication between employees and management.
Support performance appraisal and employee development processes.
ComplianceEnsure HR practices are aligned with applicable labour laws and company policies.
Maintain required statutory and employee documentation.
Coordinate with external consultants or agencies when required.
Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2–5 years of relevant HR experience preferred.
Experience in recruitment and HR operations.
Good knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Good interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information.

Preferred ExperienceExperience in real estate, sales, property, construction, or other target-driven organisations will be an advantage.
